A charming hillside retreat in the heart of the Lewistown Valley, Layland Rosemount features beautifully forested private RV sites surrounded by conservation land, hiking trails, and direct access to a fishing pond. Our site is a short drive to the Appalachian Trail, the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, and perfectly located for a day trip to destinations like Hershey Park, Knoebels Amusement Park, and the Poconos.

Tucked along Flint Creek in the rolling hills of upstate New York’s Yates County, Layland Finger Lakes is a scenic 30 acre resort with newly upgraded private RV pads. Our site is just a short drive from Lake Canandaigua, Keuka Lake, and the Bristol Mountain ski area.
